Upon discovering that the new ranch owner, Dorothy Bryant, and her friends are on their way, ranch foreman Roy suggests they head to Gabby’s dilapidated ranch, expecting them to be disheartened and return East. However, the scheme takes an unexpected turn when Dorothy, believing her ranch has little worth, sells the genuine property for a mere fraction of its actual value.
