Kourtney Kardashian mirrored on the extra joyful elements of being pregnant after present process emergency surgical procedure to save lots of her unborn child’s life.
“Pregnancy is so empowering,” Kardashian, 44, wrote through Instagram on Sunday, September 10, alongside a number of images of herself lounging in an all-black outfit. The dramatic look included leather-based pants and an identical jacket with a sheer lace high that allowed the truth star to point out off her rising stomach.
Kardashian’s stepdaughter Alabama was a giant fan of the picture shoot, commenting: “Hot mama!” Kardashian’s husband, Travis Barker, shares Alabama, 17, and son Landon, 19, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. He can be the stepfather of Atiana De La Hoya, 24, whom Moakler, 48, shares with ex Oscar De La Hoya.
Last week, Kardashian revealed that she suffered a being pregnant complication that required emergency intervention. “I shall be endlessly grateful to my unbelievable docs for saving our child’s life. I’m eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my facet from tour to be with me within the hospital and care for me afterwards, my rock,” she wrote through Instagram on Wednesday, September 6. “And to my mother [Kris Jenner] , thanks for holding my hand via this.”
Kardashian went on to notice that this being pregnant was totally different as she had “three very easy pregnancies up to now.” She shares sons Mason, 13, and Reign, 8, and daughter Penelope, 11, with ex Scott Disick.
“I wasn’t ready for the worry of dashing into pressing fetal surgical procedure. I don’t suppose anybody who hasn’t been via an identical scenario can start to grasp that feeling of worry,” she continued. “I’ve a complete new understanding and respect for the mamas who’ve needed to battle for his or her infants whereas pregnant.”
Fans started worrying about Kardashian’s well being when Barker, 47, abruptly left the European leg of Blink-182’s world tour on September 1 because of an “pressing household matter.” The similar day that Kardashian confirmed she had surgical procedure, Barker introduced that the tour would resume on Friday, September 8.
“God is nice. I flew house for a life-threatening emergency surgical procedure for our child that I’m so grateful went effectively,” he tweeted. “I need to say thanks for all of the assist.”

Barker has since joined the band for tour stops in Belgium and Germany. Over the weekend, he shared an Instagram Story picture of roses despatched to him by Kardashian. “My spouse is the perfect,” he wrote.
Earlier this month, an insider completely advised Us Weekly that Barker went again on tour as a result of Kardashian was “significantly better” after the process. “Kourtney had a really scary medical scenario,” the supply added. “She is so pleased to be previous it now and relieved it’s all behind her.”
