Property adverts can sometimes be a little samey.
But one estate agent has ensured a Bedfordshire home stands out from the crowd – by singing all about the features in a rather unique video.
The five-bed home, located in Leighton Buzzard, can be seen on the listing through a series of photos – alongside a homemade video, that’s already got Twitter talking.
In the clip, estate agent Claire goes through the different rooms to spotlight the ‘never-ending’ detached property – all in song form.
Claire starts the surprising video by singing: ‘This old house, there’s so much here to see. Living room, all covered with these beams.’
With a few questionable rhymes at times, as well as an unexpected key change, Claire takes viewers through the various rooms in the house – showcasing some of the highlights. One of these includes a dog grooming room attached to the home.
Stretching on for almost three and a half minutes in total, Claire points out some of the other features of the period home, including a games room, air source heat pumps and solar panels.
But Claire’s not alone in her musical endeavors.
Cameos from unknown individuals, as well as an adorable dog, also contribute to this bizarre creation.
