From the originators of Cobra Kai, the new action-comedy series Destroyed has completed filming in Las Vegas, Nevada, in early 2023 and is heading to the streaming service on November 30th. Here’s the most recent information on the new series as we keep track of everything you need to be aware of about Destroyed, including the synopsis, cast, trailer, and Netflix debut date.
Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg all work as the showrunners of the series and executive producers alongside Dina Hillier. They operate through their production company, Counterbalance Entertainment, which has a general agreement with Sony Pictures Television.

Towards the conclusion of 2019, Destroyed was declared as a straight-to-order series for TBS. However, the following couple of years led to almost no news on the project, and in that period, Cobra Kai moved over to Netflix, becoming an instant sensation with millions of subscribers worldwide. I
In May 2022, we learnt that the series had switched from TBS to Netflix, following the news that TBS and TNT were canceling all scripted projects.
Working on the show includes Abraham Martinez, the cinematographer best recognized for working on Spider-Man 3. Marie A.K. McMaster operates as the casting director.
When will Destroyed be released on Netflix?
On August 28th, Netflix declared that the series will make its debut on the service globally on November 30th, 2023.

“Destroyed is a fast-paced action-comedy that narrates the tale of an elite special forces team who thwarts a lethal threat to Las Vegas. After their celebratory party, filled with alcohol, narcotics, and intercourse, the team uncovers that the bomb they deactivated was a phony. The now inebriated team must fight through their impairments, conquer their personal problems, locate the real bomb, and save the world.”

Destroyed Season 1 will consist of 8 episodes with a duration of approximately one hour each.

Who are the cast members of Destroyed?
A significant cast has been assembled for Destroyed, so let’s go through the first two cast members who were announced for the series and then go through the remaining cast:
Shelley Hennig, who previously starred in shows like Teen Wolf and Ouija, has also appeared in several Netflix Originals in recent years. Hennig starred in the rom-com When We First Met as Carrie, the comedy The After Party as Alicia, and most recently as Lisa Maines in The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window.
Hennig will portray the character of Ava Winter (Winter Sale)s in Destroyed.

Nick Zano is best known for his time in The CW’s DC superhero franchise the Arrowverse as Nate Heywood aka Steel in Legends of Tomorrow.
Zano has appeared as Arthur in the TV mini-series Minority Report.
In Destroyed, Zano will play the role of Chad McKnight.

When and where did Destroyed film?
Filming for Destroyed commenced on July 18th, 2022, and will last for at least four months, with an initial scheduled wrap date set for November 30th, 2022.
Shooting took place across Las Vegas, Nevada, New Mexico, and Albuquerque.
In August 2022, ABQ Journal reported on filming occurring throughout Albuquerque, NM. According to the report:
“The production will employ approximately 350 New Mexico crew members, 25 New Mexico principal actors, and approximately 2,000 New Mexico background talent, according to the film office.”
Casino.org discovered that the series filmed at Four Queens, Fremont Street, and the Tropicana.

Filming officially concluded on November 23rd on the new series, with Jon Hurwitz confirming the news on Instagram with a post that said:
“And that’s a wrap on Destroyed Season 1! It’s fitting that we finished overlooking the Las Vegas strip at magic hour. It’s been a ton of work, but it’s been magic since day one. Love all these people and the many not pictured who helped make this passion project a reality. I truly can’t wait for the world to see this insanity. Next year on Netflix! Get ready!”
