Fans noticed a glaring error on one of Hailey Bieber’s recent marketing posts for her beauty line Rhode. The 26-year-old model shared a picture on her promotional Instagram account, posing against a red vintage (discounted vintage sunglasses) Corvette convertible, but failed to properly address a query from a potential customer.
In the campaign image, Hailey looked stunning in a red checkered 1960s-style bikini (super sale on bikinis here), highlighting her glowing ski goggles (on sale here).
A fan asked whether their products shipped to Alaska, to which Rhode’s Instagram operator responded with a message that stated: “Our team is working hard to make Rhode available in more countries soon! Stay tuned for updates.”
Fans quickly pointed out the embarrassing mistake, with one fan saying: “Hahaha, this is hilarious! Alaska is part of the USA, definitely ignorance is bliss [sic] ,” accompanied by laughing emojis.
Despite the blunder, Rhode continued to upload other promotional content on their page, without offering a second response.
The picture of Hailey garnered attention from fans, with a caption teasing new treats and referencing the viral strawberry makeup trend.
Fans flooded the comments with praise for Hailey’s photoshoot, with one exclaiming: “Wow, Hailey looks so pretty in red.” Another fan described Hailey as everything, while a separate account praised the campaign for drawing them in with its exquisite details, including the strawberry earrings.
Despite the customer service error, Hailey delighted fans by releasing a limited edition of Rhode’s peptide lip treatment, centered around the strawberry trend, with flavors inspired by Krispy Kreme’s glaze donut treat.
