The 38-year-old is becoming a member of the likes of Nigel Farage and Jamie-Lynn Spears as she takes on Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly’s bushtucker trials.
And she’ll be kicking off the fact TV stint with a bang, having already been introduced as one of many first stars up for the opening problem – which sounds fairly brutal.
She’s now revealed how she’s stayed in form for the jungle, having slimmed down from a dimension 18 to a dimension 14.
Josie nevertheless admitted: ‘I don’t really feel like I’m in nice form however earlier than I knew I used to be doing this I did rent a private coach.’
She’s since been weight coaching and happening 5k runs along with her hairdresser.
