The 68-year-old comic revealed he and his spouse Paula have suffered a ‘horrible tragedy’ on Wednesday as their ‘belove d son’ Dex died of an unintentional overdose.
In a press release on Instagram, he stated: ‘Last evening we suffered a horrible tragedy. Our belove d son, Dex, died of an unintentional overdose. He was 32 years previous.
‘Dex packed quite a bit into these 32 years. He was extraordinarily proficient at so many issues – music, artwork, movie making, comedy – and pursued all of them passionately.’
