Jax Taylor and Tom Schwartz were observed participating in a highly energetic conversation over the weekend as they filmed the forthcoming 11th season of Vanderpump Rules at SUR Restaurant and Lounge. However, were the long-standing pals quarreling?
After a video of the “heated debate” between Jax, 44, and Schwartz, 40, started circulating on social media, Jax used the comment section of an Instagram post to address the rumors and provide an update on their relationship.
“Is the top guy in the group making his [Vanderpump Rules] return?” Bravo Breaking News asked in the caption of a post that included the video of Jax and a freshly blonde Schwartz filming at SUR while surrounded by fans and a cameraman.
But despite Jax’s apparent displeasure as he leaned toward Schwartz and gestured with his hands, he informed inquisitive fans that there was no truth to the allegations of a supposed disagreement with Schwartz.
“Definitely not heated, he’s one of my closest friends,” he wrote, adding, “We had the most incredible discussions ever… yet again, people attempting to get upset over nothing..”
During a July interview with Us Weekly, Jax stated that if he were to make a comeback to Pump Rules for season 11, viewers would witness a different aspect of his personality.
“There are aspects of it that I miss and aspects of it that I don’t miss,” he elucidated. “I’ve gained a lot of knowledge. Obviously, now that I am a father, I perceive things from a different perspective. I don’t fuss over trivial matters. I choose my battles wisely. I’m learning to let things slide off my back.”
In addition to returning to Pump Rules, Jax, alongside his wife Brittany Cartwright, 34, former co-star Kristen Doute, 40, and several others, is presently in the process of producing a spinoff series set in The Valley, where Jax and Brittany reside with their two-year-old son, Cruz Michael Cauchi.
The 11th season of Vanderpump Rules is expected to premiere later this year or early next year.
