Happy Friday for those in the United Kingdom who are about to head into a long Bank Holiday weekend. This week, Netflix acquired a variety of fantastic new titles, including some excellent movies from the past few years. Here’s a breakdown of the 14 new movies and 10 new series now available to stream.
We’re still in the process of compiling our complete September 2023 list for Netflix UK (you can find the US list here, which includes all the Netflix Originals available worldwide). Nevertheless, we can share that some of the licensed movies coming in September include Edge of Tomorrow, The Card Counter, Godzilla, and The Ice Road.

From the Netflix Originals added over the past seven days, we’d recommend Brits dive into Who Is Erin Carter? which comes from the same production company as The Crown.

If you’re in the mood for some silly and entertaining fun this weekend, Bill and Ted 3 just landed on Netflix in the UK two years after its release in theaters and on demand during the summer (Summer is here SALE) of 2020.
Based on the cult comedy classic, the movie features an older Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter (Winter Sale) reprising their roles as middle-aged best friends aiming to fulfill their rock and roll destiny.

Christopher Nolan made his return to theaters this summer (Summer is here SALE) with his new blockbuster Oppenheimer. However, his previous big-budget epic was Tenet, a mind-bending sci-fi thriller that will most likely leave you speechless after the first watch, mainly because you won’t have any clue about what you just witnessed.
Filmed in seven different countries, the film follows a protagonist who discovers the concept of time inversion and becomes entangled in a major conflict.
