Anticipation for the upcoming second season of the Sex and the City reboot And Just Like That… is higher than ever after it was confirmed Kim Cattrall was making a comeback.
Kim, who played the iconic Samantha Jones in the show’s original sex series run and for the two movies, famously declined to appear in the HBO Max spin-off.
After years of rumours of bad blood between herself and Sarah Jessica Parker – who plays the show’s protagonist, Carrie Bradshaw – it all came to a head with a furious Instagram post where the Mannequin star asked SJP to leave her alone.
However, fans sorely missed Samantha in the first season of And Just Like That, so her cameo return has been met with overwhelming excitement.
Samantha’s return isn’t the only thing people are excited about, though. From Carrie reconnecting to her former fiancée, Aidan, to the continuing saga of Miranda and Che Diaz, season two should be a treat for the fans.
