Crackle’s The Oath is a gritty action-packed drama series starring Sean Bean ( Game of Thrones), Ryan Kwanten ( True Blood), Cory Hardrict ( American Sniper), Katrina Law ( Training Day), Arlen Escarpeta ( The Magicians), and J.J. Soria ( Animal Kingdom, The Fosters). Completing the ensemble cast are Michael Malarkey ( The Vampire Diaries), Eve Mauro ( CSI: Miami), Kwame Patterson ( The Wire, American Crime Story), Linda Purl ( Homeland), and Elisabeth Rohm ( Law & Order).

The series checks out a world of gangs comprised of those testified protect and secure and clarifies secret and corrupt societies that are almost difficult to sign up with– just a choose couple of make it– once within, members will do exactly what they should to secure each other from opponents on the outdoors and from within their own ranks. The series takes an unforgiving take a look at the complex characteristics in these companies and files the lives of those ready to risk all of it to have all of it.

The Oath was developed by Joe Halpin ( Hawaii Five-O, Secrets and Lies), who worked as a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputy in South Central for 17 years, 12 which was as an undercover officer. It was executive produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and his G-Unit Film & Televiion Inc., Todd Hoffman of Storied Media Group, Dennis Kim and Anne Clements ( StartUp) and Joe Halpin who is working as showrunner, author, and developer. The series is directed by Jeff T. Thomas ( Blindspot, Wayward Pines) and Luis Prieto ( Kidnap).
